We offer free economy shipping on all of our products. Please allow 7-10 business days after confirmation email is received. We will update you with tracking information once it is available. Expedited shipping is available for $25 and orders will arrive between 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.
Return/ Exchange Policy
Any return or exchange request must be made directly to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send us a return request email to [email protected]superiorhealthcaresupply.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return, or call us M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST 305-538-7820. Any products that are being returned must be in new unused condition, we will not accept shoes or products that show clear signs of wear unless the product is defective. Do not send back products without a return authorization or no credit will be given. All returns are subject to ship back charge of $10 unless otherwise directed by customer service.
